What exactly am I buying?
A booked roof inspection appointment. We offer three lead types: residential (homeowners in areas recently hit by a storm), commercial (business and commercial properties), and retail (homeowners paying out of pocket, no insurance claim). It isn't a name on a list or a web form fill. A live caller has spoken with the property owner and they have agreed to an inspection.
Are the appointments really exclusive?
Yes. Each appointment goes to one contractor only. We don't sell the same homeowner to several roofers.
What does “confirmed” mean?
The homeowner has told one of our live callers that they want a roof inspection and agreed to the appointment. You pay for confirmed inspections, not call attempts or conversations.
Who makes the calls?
